Training & workshops

Your staff are already using it. The question is what leaves with them.

Practical AI training for South African firms — grounded in POPIA, common-law confidentiality, and verified vendor documentation rather than marketing claims.

What the session covers

Half-day or full-day · on site or remote

Most staff AI training is either a compliance video nobody remembers or a productivity webinar that quietly encourages the exact behaviour that costs you. This is neither.

  • What your team is actually handing over. Live, using the tools they already use, with their own kind of work as the example.
  • What South African law does and does not protect. POPIA, common-law confidentiality, and where your employment contracts fall short.
  • What the vendors actually say. Drawn from the nine-system verification behind Nine Chatbots on Trial, not from marketing pages.
  • What to put in place on Monday. A usage policy, a knowledge register, and a redaction habit that survives a busy week.

Sessions are scoped before delivery. I ask who is attending, what tools they use, and what you are actually worried about, so the examples in the room are yours rather than generic.

How it works

  1. Enquiry and scoping. You tell me headcount, sector and tools. I come back within two working days with a proposal and a fee.
  2. Pre-session questionnaire. Ten minutes of your team's time, so the material is built around your actual workflows.
  3. The session. Half-day or full-day, on site in Gauteng or remote. Every attendee receives a KennisKapitaal licence included in the fee.
  4. Written follow-up. Within 48 hours: what was covered, what I would do first, and what I would not bother with.

Fees are quoted per engagement and depend on format, headcount and travel. Invoicing available for companies. 50% on booking, 50% on delivery.

Enquire about a session.

Tell me roughly how many people and what you use. I reply within two working days.
