We sell digital products — books, handbooks, guides, reports and document toolkits — delivered electronically, and certain professional services by arrangement. Product descriptions and prices in South African Rand appear on each product page.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated, and include VAT where applicable under South African tax law.
Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Where a product includes an optional annual update subscription, that renewal is charged only if you have separately and actively agreed to it at the time of purchase. We will notify you before each renewal, and you may cancel it at any time by emailing us.
Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is posted. Delivery terms are set out in the delivery policy.
When you pay, you receive a licence to use the documents and tools inside the named organisation that bought them. You may copy them for that organisation's internal use.
You may not resell them, publish them, or share the files with another company. One purchase covers one organisation.
All content and products remain the intellectual property of Dr Mitchell J Gow.
The content, digital products and materials sold through this website are provided for general informational purposes. They are templates and educational tools. Coaching, strategy calls, training and custom work, where purchased, are described on the product page for that tier and governed by their individual agreements. Unused call time is not automatically refunded.
