What we collect, why we hold it, who processes it, and how to get it removed.
Dr Mitchell J Gow is the Responsible Party for personal information collected on this website.
Name, email address, payment reference, product purchased, and any messages you send us.
To fulfil the order, send you the files, support you afterwards, and keep the records the law requires us to keep.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Email may be processed by Brevo if you join the list. They act as operators on our instructions.
Some of our operators process personal information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on section 72(1)(a) of POPIA: the recipient is subject to a law, binding corporate rules, or a binding agreement that provides a substantially similar level of protection to POPIA. Where a transfer is necessary to perform a contract with you, such as processing a payment you have initiated, we rely on section 72(1)(b).
We do not sell your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the sale, for support, and for the law.
Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as required by tax law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where POPIA allows, and you may object to processing. Write to insights@drmitchelljgow.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
